Situated in the charming village of Poynings, at the foot of the South Downs National Park, The Royal Oak offers a peaceful countryside setting that provides a calm and welcoming space for friends and family to come together following a service.
We offer a selection of simple catering packages and are happy to tailor arrangements to suit your needs, ensuring everything is handled with care and consideration.
Flexible bar options are available, including pay-as-you-go service, bar tabs or pre-arranged drinks packages depending on your preferences.
Our dedicated events planner will work closely with you to organise the details of your gathering and ensure everything is thoughtfully prepared, allowing you and your guests to focus on spending time together and sharing memories.

Please note that we are not pre-booking our outside tables these will be on a first come frist serve basis. If you have booked an inside table you are able to move this outside on the day if we have the space.
